Making an application

Before you apply, you will need to be referred by someone from a 3rd party organisation – this could be your housing officer, Citizens Advice, Women’s Aid, your social worker, the Council, etc.

To apply for assistance please complete the application form at the bottom of this page.

To complete the application and help us to assess your current financial needs please provide the following evidence / documentation:

Copy of bank statement

This must be a recent bank statement dated within the last 3 months. The statement must feature your name. Statements can be downloaded from any online banking app by choosing to view your statement and then selecting the option to download as pdf. We also accept photographs of original paper documents.

Proof of benefits

This must be a recent benefit statement dated within the last 3 months. Statements can be downloaded as a pdf from your online journal or can be provided as photographs or screenshots of original paper statements.

Statement of referral

For clients seeking a grant, you must have a referral from a supporting agency which can be a social worker, housing officer, local food bank, CA officer, NHS worker, etc. If you are from a referral agency, please click here to complete the referral form.
